Karate 2 x 2.5 hours/week

JKD 2 x 1.25 hours/week

for a total of 7.5 hours of MA/week

Karate 4 x 1 hour/week

Iaido 2.5 hours/week

Kendo 3.5 - 4.75 hours/week

Jodo 1.5 hours/week

I do Karate for sure, and I am starting Iaido/Jodo and hopefully kendo aswell, these are just the practices that I can go to, but I will try to get to all/most of them.

There are all teached at the same same dojo, Iaido/Jodo and Kendo. Iaido REALLY interesting, even though I am just starting, and I am trying a Kendo Class and Jodo this week hopefully.

Cardio & Weight training 2x's a week (2 hrs.)

Cardio & kenpo or aikido training 2x's a week (2 hrs.)

Iiado or escrima training every other day. (1 hr.)
