sounds like training can be broken down into 6 areas

speed

strength

stamina

skill

spirit (mental training)

suppleness (flexibility)

on a scale from 1-10 (1=lowest, 10=highest) what score would you give each of these component?

spirit is kind of a byproduct of tough training. From a sport fighting perspective, I wouldn't give it it's own category. Also, each person's rating will be different, as different fighters emphasize different things.

For example, a slugger is more worried about strength than speed, while an elusive fighter is more worried about speed than strength. Instead of breaking down training, you may want to first break down fighting style, then break down components of each style.
