March 1, 200521 yr I'm particular to Easter, myself. Christmas is nice, but it's basically a holiday based on presents (to the commercial world), and it loses its luster after awhile. It's hard to get excited anymore, even being religious as I am. I like Easter because of my religion, the time of the year (beautiful weather in these parts), and the fact that it's close to my birthday. April is my favorite month 1st dan & Asst. Instructor TKD 2000-2003 No matter the tune...if you can rock it, rock it hard.

"what? that's not a holiday!" sure it is.. turned out that most of my cousins and I have near the same birthday (maybe a two week span) in the end of July/beginning of August. March 3, 200521 yr Resurrection Day (Easter to most other people.) I don't care for the word Easter because it was the pagan name for the goddess of fertility. I love this holiday because it stands for the day Christ rose from the dead to give me salvation from sin. It is also at a time of renewal from Winter and Spring is my favorite season.
