Hudson Posted February 16, 2005 Posted February 16, 2005 Go out back, dig a hole in the ground so deep you can barely jump out of it, and start jumping, when that becomes easy dig a few more inches out of it, keep digging until you can jump 12 feet. All seriousness, this is probably one of those balistic white-fiber training things, and aside from strapping on ankle weights and jumping, I imagine sprinting could be beneficial. The game of chess is much like a swordfight; you must think before you move.

GhostlySykanRyu Posted February 16, 2005 Posted February 16, 2005 I'd say...jumping. If you want to kick faster...kick. If you want to jump faster...jump. To condemn the art of another is to condemn your own as well. We all have the same origin.

Cmon Posted February 17, 2005 Posted February 17, 2005 just general training on your legs. (i have been doing touch rugby for about a year now and i can jump pretty high i think.) I have also found that excerise for the legs helps me agility wise.
krzychicano Posted February 17, 2005 Posted February 17, 2005 alot of basketball players say that working out your calves help improve your jumping capability. Never tested it myself as I can still jump fairly high and never really focused on my calves. What the superior man seeks is in himself; what the small man seeks is in others. - Confucius
