x-women
When I workout hard in the gym or dojo I seem to sleep upto 9 or even 10 hours that nite.Is it the same for you?
krzychicano
It is not bad to sleep that long. Your body is just recovering as long as you have energy and don't feel like your just as tired as when you went to sleep then you should be okay. I sleep like that once in a while. There was only one time i had around 10 hours...that was after a trip from Cali. krzychicano
I normally sleep around 6 or 7 myself but once in a blue moon I will have one of the days I stated above. Maybe all the tiredness is slowly building and it all catches up sometime down the road and then bam 10 hours of sleep lol. AnonymousOne
Generally speaking I am best with 8 hours sleep. After a particularly grueling training session I may need a little more. If you want to recover quicker try taking Glutamine. Your body will tell you how much sleep you need. Be careful not to under train or over train. One needs to find a balance and work to that optimum level. This can take time and experimenting to find. 7th Dan ChidokaiA true combat warrior has to be hard as nails in mind, body and soul.
