Topic Posted February 6, 2005 Posted February 6, 2005 Theres really nothgin else to do but punch somehting, but instead of punching wood, punch a heavy bag without gloves but becarefull, you might sprain your wrist.

VinnieDaChin Posted February 6, 2005 Posted February 6, 2005 just punch a bag with small leather bag gloves, or even those fingerless kind, long enough and youll be fine. pushups on the knuckles are kind of dumb in my opinion, wont do anything for your hand.
