Theres really nothgin else to do but punch somehting, but instead of punching wood, punch a heavy bag without gloves but becarefull, you might sprain your wrist.

The best thing to do when strengthing any boney part of the body (such as forearms, fists, shins, etc.) is to break down the bones by rubing then with somthing hard or hitting them on or with somnthing hard.

just punch a bag with small leather bag gloves, or even those fingerless kind, long enough and youll be fine. pushups on the knuckles are kind of dumb in my opinion, wont do anything for your hand.

Our sensei said to build up tough skin on the shins kick a suspended sand bag lightly 500 times with each leg every day. I know it's old school, but perhaps it would work for the hands as well?
