Use lighter weights and work with someone who knows form! Your form is more important at this stage than how much you can lift. Get involved in a good all around sport like karate or kickboxing. It will put on muscle without stunting your growth...plus it's more fun!

i agree with wooly u should use lighter weights before turning 16. ive been weight training since i was 14 but i started off to intensive and used to waste my self :roll: so i stopped after a few weeks and started when i turned 16 but it did stunt my growth a little :dead:
