  4. Hey I'm 14 yearrs old and from Australia. I've been doing kickboxing/muay thai for a couple of months but I still have sooo much to learn! Anywayz.. C ya!
  5. Experience gives you the test first.. then the lesson.
  6. Maybe treadmills or steppers would be better. Swimming is great and jump rope is a good workout I hate running...BUT...I still keep doing it
