Love Boye Posted August 23, 2004 Posted August 23, 2004 I know a couple workout routines, but I don't really feel that they give me the workout that I want. I really need some workout that will improve my legs and abs. You see I have a problem with my thrust kicks and people say it is because i am growing but I think its because I am not working out enough on my legs. Thanks for your help!!!
youremean Posted August 24, 2004 Posted August 24, 2004 http://navyseal.s5.com/workouts.html It's a good workout for physical fitness, not bodybuilding, if that's what youre looking for. If you can't laugh at yourself, there's no point. No point in what, you might ask? there's just no point. Many people seem to take Karate to get a Black Belt, rather than getting a Black Belt to learn Karate.

ang_soo_do_guy Posted August 31, 2004 Posted August 31, 2004 weight=mass sorry for the mistake "learning a martial art is like tuning a string instrument. tune the strings too hard and they will snap tune them too little and it will not play but tune it right and you will have music for a lifetime"-anonomous
WolverineGuy Posted August 31, 2004 Posted August 31, 2004 Believe me, you're not going to be built like a bodybuilder unless you REALLY freakin try for a build like them. Don't worry about too much mass, just work out. Wolverine1st Dan - Kalkinodo"Shut up brain, or I'll stab you with a q-tip""There is no spoon."
