Anyone know of any workout routines?

I know a couple workout routines, but I don't really feel that they give me the workout that I want. I really need some workout that will improve my legs and abs. You see I have a problem with my thrust kicks and people say it is because i am growing :-? but I think its because I am not working out enough on my legs.

Many people seem to take Karate to get a Black Belt, rather than getting a Black Belt to learn Karate.

how can you work for great strngth and toned muscle witout putting too much weight e.g. kinda like a bruce lee thing thin and flexible but strong and toned

Believe me, you're not going to be built like a bodybuilder unless you REALLY freakin try for a build like them. Don't worry about too much mass, just work out.
