Love Boye
I know a couple workout routines, but I don't really feel that they give me the workout that I want. I really need some workout that will improve my legs and abs. You see I have a problem with my thrust kicks and people say it is because i am growing but I think its because I am not working out enough on my legs. Thanks for your help!!! WolverineGuy
Believe me, you're not going to be built like a bodybuilder unless you REALLY freakin try for a build like them. Don't worry about too much mass, just work out. Wolverine1st Dan - Kalkinodo"Shut up brain, or I'll stab you with a q-tip""There is no spoon."
