July 16, 200422 yr 31 students right now, but I'm still building.... been going for just over 2 years, so I hope to increase soomewhat. My goal is to have about 60 total in th next 2-3 years....if I get more than that who can stay with it, great...if less, I'm not going anywhere...

July 16, 200422 yr we have approximately 450ish students at our studio. we include in our curriculum Boxing, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Kenpo Karate, Jiu Jitsu, Tai Chi, Yoga. Some people do 1 style only, some do multiple. The majority of our students are in the Kenpo Karate portion of the curriculum. The school has been open for 20 years now, and all told i would estimate we have about..30 Instructors here

So for now I am " a student of one" You must be stable and balanced in your foot work, if you have to use your martial knowledge in combat, your intent should be to win. If you do strike, you must release great power! The martial arts are easy to learn, but difficult to correct.

July 17, 200422 yr 40,000+ throught the world... God knows how many instructors. Most of them are below standard though. Me thinks me will be changing style soon.
July 19, 200422 yr Depends on what night of the week it is for us. On Mondays there is only three of us with Hanchi for dedicated black belt training. On Tuesday we train with all the other belts except the whites. On Thursday everyone trains. Probably 20 students total.
