TheDevilAside
..I can't even touch my toes. For some reason, though, I can almost do the splits, there's maybe a half-foot gap. WhiteBelt
The poll is all over place. And it depends on which 'splits' you're talking about. ie. Front - leg in front of you and leg behind you. Side - legs to the side of you. I know some people have those switched though. Assuming you mean side splits I get about a foot - foot and a half (haven't been stretching much lately). ... but I CAN touch my toes.
ramymensa
I was assuming we're talking about the splits with one leg in front of the other (that I can do). The Van Damme splits are still to work for me. I have 2-3 inches to go to full extension. And now I can touch my toes, though I couldn't at first. Martial Boy
Hi, I can do the split where one foot poit towards the sky and the oyher point on the ground so that's half splits, I can easily touch my toe, but still I need more work on my kata. aefibird
Wow, Chen, thats incredible! Glad to hear you're NOT paralysed and bed-ridden... I can almost do full side splits - I'm about an inch away now! I have more problems with front splits, I don't seem to be very 'bendy' doing those. "Was it really worth it?
