Rich_2k3
Is it a good way to keep fit and what muscle groups does it work out? I know for boxers its essential to success. KarateKid7
yes i believe so...i am no expert but i think it works out the cardio and also builds some fast twitch fibres in your legs (quads and hamstrings...tiptoes so it probably develops the calf muscles too) so your footwork for kumite is greatly enhanced "Life is a journey, not a destination""Absorb what is useful, reject what is useless""Knowing is not enough, we must apply.
