Eh...Frank Mir in UFC has a build that I envy...I suppose nobody wants to be too big, but you doon't wanna be weak either.

If ur real big, then ur gonna have to work hard to keep ur speed up to scratch, I mean I wouldnt call Heavyweight Boxers slow, they've got hands like lightning, and of course we cant forget Ali, "Move like a butterfly and sting like a bee!".

About 6'1 and 160 ish pounds (about 11 1/2 stone)

 

Used to be around the twelve stone mark (167/8 lbs) but I dropped some weight when I started training more.

Approximately 5'11", 190lbs. Truthfully, I would like to be lighter. Like say around 175 lbs. I think that would make explosive power come more easily in my limbs.

The build I would like to achieve (my perfect build) is muscles not too big, body quite toned and very fast, I'd prefer a Darren Cambell type build over a proffesional weight lifter build. Edited by Rich_2k3

I hear ya :)

 

My numbers look OK (I'm down from 200 lbs a year ago. It's amazing what running will do for you) but I have a pretty small frame and could still stand to lose another 10-15 pounds.

 

Sevenstar is apparently build like a Netflix DVD (geocities is blocking your site... too much bandwidth use, i imagine) everyone wants to check him out :D

You at least need to get in shape if your gonna take up a martial art because some obese people can't stretch because there overweight. :lol:
