Jazzstorm
I am 5' 3",muscular and I don't really weigh myself. I probably weigh around 140lbs(gained a bit over the Holiday ) Most guess me to weigh in the 120s area I tend to go by my measurements to gage my size. My goal is to lose about 20 lbs,to ease the strain on my joints.... Rey
Short (5ft. 2in.), skinny arms and legs, but the trunk's got a lot of meat on it . I hope to do more cardio, though to fix that. As for weight, I weigh about 110-115 pounds.

monkeygirl
5'3"-ish, 100lbs Definitely underweight. I have pretty low body fat and I'm fairly muscular...not huge muscles, but they're pretty toned. Before I started lifting four times a week, I weighed about 98 lbs, so I'm gaining muscle mass. I have huge thighs thanks to my mother (in her prime she could leg press 600 lbs), and pretty well-defined tricep and deltoid muscles. 1st dan & Asst. Kanzashi
o.k. here it is I'm 5' 10" ish, and am 30 lbs overweight. I'm very strong and muscular, except for the hip and belly area. It's o.k., me and Florine are best buddies. I'd like to be about 175 lbs, like when I was in high school, but I bet that's wishful thinking. I've never really been very flexible, but we're working on that! I think weight is a definate factor in training. How can you get your hip to lock in doing a reverse punch in zenkutsu dachi when you're belly is jiggling like a bowl full of jello? As far as being overdeveloped, ya, that stinks too. Too many bulky muscles slow you down, but you can hold sheiko dachi for like forever.
