I really don't have any preference - I like to use both, but I am especially fond of my roundhouse kick, if you MUST have an answer .

If you think something small cannot make a difference - try going to sleep with a mosquito in the room.

i tend to mix it up alot.......i use my hand and feet in a 50/50 fashion

You can boo me if you want, You know I'm right!

I never actually thought about anything like that, I just tend to go by instinct how i feel at the time.

Yes, its best to do 50/50 (or at least try to). I tend to kick more...like Lori I use my roundhouse quite a bit ... (the best is a hook and come back with a quick round!)

So basically I am trying to get inside more with the jab/punch/hooks.

That's a really good combo KickChick, thanks - I'll try it next time I spar - I'm always looking for cool combos!

I like both in combos, combined its much better.

I use both

I'll tend to distract the opponent's focus with a lot of hand or foot movements, then strike with the other. If someone is awair of this strategy then distract with hands, do a feignt kick and then quickly jab em
