Well youngGrasshopper U think Skipping is borning well I would like u to try this small test..... Skip for 3 Minutes non stop then with 1 minute break do 30secs of push up then 30 secs of sit ups then start again with the 3 minutes of skipping. do this 6 times then see if ya fit.....
