Jack Posted October 21, 2001 Posted October 21, 2001 I was thinking, if you wanted to gain weight, surely you would want to gain most of it as possible in muscle? JackCurrently 'off' from formal MA trainingKarateForums.com

muaythaidm Posted October 21, 2001 Posted October 21, 2001 I also am trying to gain weight, and i found out that you should eat one gram of protien per pound of body weight. Dont know if it will work for you but it worked for me!
moobrack Posted October 21, 2001 Posted October 21, 2001 Ripping up is where you don't gain muscle or weight and look on toning your withstanding muscle.Like getting a better looking pac or more curvy abs.
