i know you might think this is a little werid but there also are skinny people and thats me so i was wondering maybe how to get some fat on me??

Do less cardio... Eat more protein... do weight training.... sleep more.. once or twice a week try trash food (ice cream, pizza, etc) but not too much okay?. lol :smile:

I was thinking, if you wanted to gain weight, surely you would want to gain most of it as possible in muscle?

This is a topic which I need help in also, I can eat and eat and eat and not put on an ounce.I need a diet plan, nothing involving vegetables.Or many fruits.I have ben weight training for about 2 months and am ripping up not putting on muscle.I also need help.I have trouble sleeping a lot aswell, Dunno why!

I also am trying to gain weight, and i found out that you should eat one gram of protien per pound of body weight. Dont know if it will work for you but it worked for me! :eek:

Ripping up is where you don't gain muscle or weight and look on toning your withstanding muscle.Like getting a better looking pac or more curvy abs.

i have that problem to i eat a lot and then i don`t gain weight i think i have a high metabalism!! :nod: and you too!! it like you eat forever and never it doesn`t put fat in you!!

kicker you are very lucky having a gym that excepts someone your age, iirc from that birthday thread you're 12?
