i already know about lunges and squats do anyone know any more explosive execrises for the legs.

oh well yeah i guess when u put it like that it makes more sense. i only have 20lb dumbbells and i do 75 reps of 2 different sets and after i'm done with the workout my arms are heavy and hurting the next day.

i know about those things already its just that i don't have like 45 lb dumbbells to work my biceps out. plus i need more chest execrise since it can help strengthen the power of a person punch.

eyes blinking in trying to dodge punches

i'm used to being hit, but for some reason my eyes just keep blinking rapidly. could shadowboxing by any chance help this problem also. (this might be a stupid question.) -
okay okay very funny i can take a joke. but right now i mix boxing, a little tae kwon do, and some other little bits of kung fu, and karate. Plus bruce lee's combat theory. those moves yes are from tekken but i just place them on the post as a joke can't believe it took one guy just to figure that they are moves from a video game. but i do use the double dragon and a hip toss is of course a real move and the flash elbow. The rest i just placed there for fun

thanks because once i finish an execrise i all of a sudden have a great big munchie and start eating things on site. i don't want this to effect my training.

for some strange reason i can't do much pushups i stop at 48 when i should have stopped at least 65 since my strength is coming back. Could it be because i ate too much cuz i had myself rice and beans, with some some meat. I ate at 5:30, then i started drinking a lot of juice at 8:00. finally ate some popicles and fruits 8:30. could it be because of digestion that all that energy was focused on my stomach help.

how long do anyone throw punches that are weighted. I carry two ten pound dumbells and punch with them for 4 minutes. During this summer i'm going to increase it to ten. I lost all my skills nooooooooooo

i have lost my skills completely. Today i got my butt womp in gym just slap boxing. Man hands don't move as fast as they use to. Plus i can't do 67 pushups anymore. Also i think i have lost some stamina as well. Now i got to work hard again. Has any of this happen to you.
