I heard of that, that story is true. I dont know where i heard it from, but im sure i heard of it! -
I never get hurt in my kempo school but this might cause a little Injury When i lift them to go twist upside down, they get Injured there's some blood coming out on there nose. that Happend to me 16 times when I fell on the ground.
