id say just dont do anything, cuz pushing is ridiculous. even bruce lee said "pushing is a poor example of force". i guess if u really wanted to not get pushed, then tap theyre hands away. -
its pretty cool. id say start off with a .22 cuz that wont scare you. when i shot a 12 auge for the first time, i was soo scared i almost dropped the gun. if you shoot a gun though, remember to start off small, cuz when i shot my 270 for the first time, wow it was scary..

gracie is going to loose. gracie is good at ju jitsu and all that, but times have changed, and know everyone knows standup and ground fighting. Hughes is prolly gonna get a ko on him or a rear naked choke. on the ufc59, i like tito and forrest, but i think that was bull. i think forrest threw tito a good beating, but eh, theres not much you can do about it.

all i have to say, use a jump rope for 5-10 minutes, trust me, it will help you out a lot

i would say water or milk, with a grilled chicken caesar salad with light dressing and croutons, mmmmmm.........thats the stuff

i personally do not use creatine. creatine is pretty much a supplement that does nothing in my opinion. once you take creatine, i think it fills you muscles with water and some proteins build back the muscle fiber, but i dont think it will help as much. protein drinks are okay, but to much excess ingridients that will do nothing for your body. im thinking it would be better to stick to normal foods for your protein source

i think for 18, your at a good body build for gaining muscle and getting cut. if u decide not to lift weights, u'll be fine either way

im not a smoker, but when ever you finish a pack, just dont buy more.......sounds simple, but im sure it can be hard. just dont let yourself buy them

the easiest way to shrink your gi is to wash it in the washer on cold, and dry it for about an hour or so. ive gone through 4 gis and doing this 3 or 4 times brings it to the perfect size -
Let's talk Kajukenbo

joe holck is a really old. he can still do some stuff, but he mostly just watches the classes. I learn a lot just when i talk to him. His son Joseph holck also teaches jijitsu at my dojo, and i think hes a police officer or something like that. but they are very talented martial artist. -

kajukenbo is an awesome style to study, it incoperates many different styles into it. I think from the looks of it you could pobably do it. You also have to remember that theyre is not really any set form for it, your sensai will mostly change it a little to what he, or yourself likes, as long as it works. But i would say definately signup, because ive learned a lot, also joe holck goes to my dojo. he is one of the 5 creators of kajukenbo. pretty amazing stuff, go for it!
