  1. ok so if i keep my calorie intake under 1500 everyday and walk approximatly 2 miles a day will i lose weight quickly? I'm keeping my fluids up too

  4. im 15 and i can only bench 115, 130 if i really really push myself and have a lot of energy. god im so fat and out of shape i should be able to bench at least 180 by now.

  8. that sounds great, thanks for the input but monday thru friday I am in school from 6:50 A.M till 4:15 P.M So it is kind of hard to make those things in school..
  9. i had 3 bowls of cheerios and 1 and a half cups of skim milk with it and a lot of water and a nutrigrain bar and 4 crackers with a lil cottage cheese and a little steak. I saw my doctor about a month ago he said everything is fine if i want to lose weight I'm starting my diet today so far i've only had 1 cup of cheerios and 1/2 cup of skim milk... i'll be going for a mile walk this afternoon What are some really good excersises that you guys have done and had success with for losing wieght?   14. alright thanks a lot guys oh and ad do u mean like im a fatass couch potatoe or somthing its not like that.. here is my diet Breakfest= A piece of fruit and a water Lunch= A piece of fruit and a tuna or chicken (canned) sandwhich. Dinner= bean sandwhich.. or like a tuna sandwhich or somthing.. somthing like that and im gonna drink at least ten- 12 oz bottles of water a day and bikeride and walk a mile i weigh about 200-205 right now and i want to get down to 160-170 i am a medium build i am 5'10 - 5'11... is that a good ideal weight?   15. Hello. I am 15 years old. And I'm fat. Im about 35-40 lbs over wieght and i've tried a lot of things they just dont seem to work Now tommorow (Saturday) I will be starting a new diet. If anyone was like me but lost weight and is now skinny and in shape please help me and tell me what you did to achive that. Or any help or suggestions would be nice (and yes I do go outside a lot at least 4 hours a day)
  16. my mother did she only ate fruit and drank water and she lost 10 pounds a week.. be carefull though make sure you take vitamins if u do it

Dinner= camble's chicken soup or a bean sandwhich no snacks just that and walk and bike ride like crazy.. and do tye bo would this work?
