your using spacers, to me thats not impressive at all. Take all the spacers out then see how many u can break.

I beleive that dating in the dojang is ok as long as u keep that relationship out of the dojang. While in there you are just students.

i disagree u can punch all day long but without proper breathing and hip movement the attak is useless -
gatorade makes u have to use the restroom more often which depleats ur hydration/sodium(i think) level so in any situation definetly water, even though gatorade does replace carbs

No hip movent is considered internal, at least in SBD i dont know about TKD -

As far out as it sounds ninjitsu is what the ninjas used. Today i think in tradition ninjitsu schools there taught about the same way. And i know many of the techniques rervolve around one hit one kill. i hope that helps. -

Acctualy Soo Bahk Do is the national martial art of south korea. -

Can a boxer be a good fighter? I was just wondering cuz muscle memory and long hours of traning would dictate that in a conflict a boxers hands wouild come up. leaving the groin and knees in a vuneralbe state

i think the tall person has the advantage, since he has a better reach and if the shorter guy gets in close thats what elbows and knees are for. And in grappling how does a short guy have the addvantage?
