Do your kicks very slowly thats what are instructor makes us do and you have to do 5 kicks very slowly on both legs w/o putting ur leg down.

The Little Dragons enjoy the game, very much.

For our class we have a game thats called Journey for a warm up. Where you call out like "a dog is chaing you" and they have to run as fast as they can. Or like "Tree" They have to duck. Then like a fence. They have to jump. "cars" they have to * from side to side...and when you are not calling ne thing out they are running in place.

In katas the cat stance is used.
