Right, im new any tips?
F-S-K replied to Sutton_uk's topic in MMA, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Boxing, and Competitive Fighting
hi there man, welcome to the kickboxing forum, just take it easy until your body has adjusted to working out and doing the moves that you havent done before, get some wrist wraps for punching the bags, practice your stretching at home, flexibility is a major part in it, even when watchin TV just do a wee bit of stretching -
haha yeah yeah

stretching
F-S-K replied to defenestration_girl's topic in MMA, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Boxing, and Competitive Fighting
yeah great advice, also when you reach the limit of your stretch, breathe in...hold it, close your eyes and let your mind go blank, then exhale and push the stretch, you will be able to go a further couple of inches -
