The Phenom

I assumed that boxing's popularity is due to the information it gets from the media and other sponsors. We also see boxers with lots of money, fame, popularity - so people who want these kind of rewards might be inspired to take up boxing. Some boxers do it because they feel like it, they're advised to, or their friends do it.

Warriorship means honour to me - at least that's what I see when I think of the term "warriorship", and in my opinion it's concepts should not be considered out of date at all. If anything, the modern world could do with more honour and warriorship. I don't like to associate warriorship with killing, I think there is more to being a Warrior than brutal war and violence, whether it is following a religion, upholding a way of life, or so. Warriorship is a big topic anyway, I can see lots of replies to this already.
