  4. i experience click on my right shoulder n left knee but the clicking i can control. If i want the shoulder to click i just do a certin movent n it clicks its getting louder as time gos. n the knee when ever i bent down it clicks i would like some answers 2 is it serious???

  6. In triditional chinnese MA there is no such thing as belts maybe the kind to keep your pants up but not the ones to determin your rank.the rank is determind on how long you have studied the art. dont you cal your training partner or whatever si han,si dai thats basiclly the rank.

  10. legs(75%)hands(35%) leg kicks are just much more powerful it also depends on the sititation!
  11. I dont even have a trianing partner!! But yea i strongly suggest thats u partice with the brother u will learn more he can tell u what u r doing worng n what to work on not like the other guy

  14. i love my dojo but there is 1 thing i wanted they cant give me yet.i wanted to enter spring or some typ of fighting compition unfortunatelly my dojo have been open for like a little more than a yr so they cant get me compitions yet.they moved from pheonix. i dont have a paring partner neither there is no 1 that is at my level.
  15. About how many sit ups do u have to do everyday to gret anything close to a six pack. And is there a program or something like the 100+ puch up work out plan that can help me with this.
  16. Treebranch i m not saying to do that to every one who bllies u. but u need to take that kind of action when the guy is bulling u for years that crazyness.i get picked on but i dont kick there *. i stare at them at first. if they dont stop they better becareful!!!

  22. what are some of your motivations that makes u want to do martial arts?I have been taking white crane for almost a year now n i have lost intrest in it.when i just started i use to partice until i sweat so much that i cant take it any more.now i just partice 1 form n wait for like 30mins or something before i do others.i partice so little now that i forgot a lot of the forms.
