  1. Full name: God/Goddess type: God of Chaos Worshippers: Holy Men They show devotion by: Writing a book loosely based on you, and taking it as literal fact thousands of years later no matter how badly translated it is.
  2. That's indeed a cool way to put it But, what if the fight is not "life-threatening", are there any places to just fend them off, I think you know what I mean...
  3. Allright, thanks, but I didn't mean to just kick the head only, but like in the body itself, ribs etc, I know that they aren't exactly fragile, but then again, if you were to hit that person very hard... And, I train not to fight, and I said IF
  4. I would not really know what to do, if I end up in a real fight, I'm almost 16 years old, and I've never been in a real fight... I train Tae-Kwon-Do for 5 years now, and built up quite a kicking power and I usually train on head-hight... Now, if there would be a real fight, I wouldn't know what to do because I'm afraid to seriously injure someone (Not meant arrogant or something) but if I would let my reaction go, the first kick would be on the head or neck. So do you guys/gals have any tips?
  5. She Quan, isn't that Snake Fist or something? I really don't know a thing about animal styles, but I would love to train them, but here, in the Netherlands, I can't find any place to train them anywhere near...
  6. Oh I will !
  7. I try it sometimes.... Just imagening a place (personally I imagine a place in the mountains, covered in snow). I started, and just thought of nothing, other times, I was memorizing some kata's and when I opened my eyes, it was 40 minutes later...
  8. Well, hello, I'm new here too! Glad to be here, and gathering information, I'm really interested in weapon styles and fluid styles, but I'm practising Tae-Kwon-Do for 5 years now...
  9. Hm, don't really know what I prefer, but I'm really interested! I would really like to know the art of throwing shuriken, but I can't find anything...
  10. I had that once, in a sparring match during the training. When we where about to start, I already had some intense matches. So I was a bit out of breath, so I bent my knees a bit, and "tried" to do some kind of "chi gathering moves", I had never done that before, but after some of those "moves", we started the match, and it seemed like everything moved in slow-motion, I blocked every kick he made and was able to hit him wherever he opened his defenses But how is that possible and how could I do that again?
  11. Hello forum people! I was browsing the net, searching for Martial Arts information, when I found this site! I decided to look around a bit, and I think this forum is a very fun and interesting place, so Hello!
