I would get it checked out by a doctor or perhaps a chiropractor? I know people that have gone to chiropractors for back pains and they have worked wonders for them.
You can do different pushups on them and sit ups and squats. To do squats put the ball up against the wall and put your legs should width apart and then go down slowly and come up slowly you will feel the burn.
He can teach it to people his own age but I wouldnt take a class from that guy. He is winning tournaments from people his own age not grown ups outside in the real world.
I am pretty quick in learning my forms and techniques doesnt take me long to get it all down and I spend quite a bit perfecting them (always working to perfect them) but so far I have enjoyed the MA ride.
