Yes supplements can help but what alot of people do is they dont follow the directions to them and up the doses and then they begin to have problems.

Oh yea I can hardly wait. I was told that when you become a black belt you are suppose to go back and relearn all the material from the ground up. Any truth to that? Something like you aren't suppose to learn anything for a year so you can go back and review everything.
