  1. well I had arthroscopic surgery to my left knee to remove some cartilage. I was on crutches for about 2 1/2 weeks. After that, it was about another week till I could walk normally (bending my knee). I was kinda stiff legged walking with my brace on. No major complaints afterward. The plus side is I can tell you when its gonna rain, LOL.
  2. I am a begining jiu jitsu student. I was wondering what would be the best book(s), to purchase to "supplement" my training at home. Im not only interested in technique books, but books on history also. I wanna learn everything I can about jiu jitsu. Thanks in advance for the help. KG

  6. Hello all. A little background on me. I trained in Seibukan for about 2 years in High School. Well 15 years later, I wanna get back into the MA. I took from a TKD/MT/JJ school for about 2 months, when my job schedule changed, and I had to quit. Well, my schedule changed again, and Im again able to partake in this awsome sport again. Well, just wanted to say hi to everyone. ps. very good site. KG
