Hey everyone, I wrestle at my school and I was wondering if wearing too tight of knee pads is a bad thing. I thought it would be good to wear really tight knee pads cause I fill that it gives me the extra spring in my shots, but is it actually bad for your knees? Just a simple question...oh and what brand of knee pads do you recommend for a person who has a history of bad knees in his family.

Hello everyone, About 15 minutes ago I was riding my bike and slipped up on the pedals and the left pedal hit me right in my shin or actually it was in the knee and on the shin. Now there is a bump about a inch under my kneecap. I was wondering if there might be a break. I mean I can walk on it fine and all but the bump kind of worries me. Could it just be swollen because the pedals sharp point grip hit it and there is a little cut on the bump. Or is there actually a break? Oh and right now I'm putting ice on it to see if that does the trick...Thanks for any help

Actually, some of us idiots know that the black spot is called the iris. The color around it is the pupil, and the white is the sclera. I would have it checked, but I wouldn't worry too much. Yellow in the eyes can be caused by a lot of things. The primary medical dysfunction that causes this is jaundice, which indicates a problem in the liver. Diet can affect this, as can many other non disease events. Aodhan Haha...must have got mixed up when I posted that post. So dumb of me.

Its not yellow in the white part of the eyes like people with hep c, but I think I will get checked just for sure. Oh and I think its just with the colors of my eyes and all I mean its just like around the brim of the pupil. The black spot for you idiots that don't know .

I have blue eyes, but I have noticed that around the brim of my pupil there is yellowish color. I just wanted to know if I should worry about this or if it is just normal. I drink alot of cokes so I thought it might have been something with the caffeine in the drinks so I'm starting to drink more water. I have not been sick any, but it just worries me. I can't do this, but I have some friends who can walk on there hands. Most of the are short so I guess the shorter you are the easer it is cause they just do it with ease and there not even that strong in the arms.

I also thought the stuff was just to make the room smell better! ! Anyhey I don't really burn the stuff...

I think the vale tudo site is the kind of fighting I'm talking about. Although in some of the no rules or "Underground" MMA events you could mess with the eyes, but thank you for refering me to these websites.
