I don't get in trouble anymore, if someone tries to pick a fight, I get flared up, and scare them a little, just to see their reaction. I never throw punches.

I believe meditating is releasing the minds thoughts, or the days events from your mind. I breate in through my nose, and out through my mouth, while sitting on some pillows. I light a candle, burn some incense, and relax. I usually stare at one object, such as the incense or the candle flame, and let all thoughts go.

That was quite the good article. I think that a lot of martial artists first joined their dojo to learn how to defend themselves, but in the middle they started loving the art and forgot why they joined, and enjoy their training (as physical, or spiritual) very much.

His name was Kevin Heins, he was 15 years old and in grade 9. He died due to a freak snowmobile accident. He slammed into a tree and his brain started swelling. The police are over at my friends house right now. I think it happened at midday, while everyone was at school. Stolen: Cash, Credit cards, his Xbox and all of its games, and some things were a mess. Phew... If I were there I woulda kicked the robbers butts! But they may have a knife or gun.... Also, a lumber store just a few blocks away was robbed today. Now I live in a VERY small town, of about 2000. People generally tend to themselves. There have only been 4 robberies in the past 20 years or so, 2 of them happened late last year and 2 of them happened today. My town is getting too big... Yep, thanks for reading... I hope you don't get robbed in the future.

In the ring, i'm usually defensive. If I knock my oppenent back a few steps, i'll go for the rare side/roundhouse kick, or hit them in the back of the head, OR on their back. In a real fight, i'd probably be defensive too, until my first counter, then i'd lay the smackdown on them

Man I have been rejected by every girl I ever liked It's not that i'm ugly or anything, it's cause i'm dorky. Girls nowadays are more into looks than your personality. It also depends on who you have out with. If you hang out with dorky people, then you are probably portrayed as ugly. If you hang our with popular kids, you're probably portrayed as the ideal guy. I am at the rock bottom of the popularity chart. I dress fine, i rarely dress dorky unless i've nothing else to wear. I chat nice with some girls who are popular, but whom I have no interest in. I have 2 best friends, I would take a bullet for them. Usually people who arent popular have better friends who never fight with e/o or anything. Anyways, in rare cases a popular girl has liked me, but that's *RARE*, and then reject me anyways . Just don't let rejections phaze you. And try not to get involved with the girls friends. That is the biggest most annoying thing to deal with. I can talk to girls I like face to face, but not when their friends are around. God, I just hate it when girls hang out in packs wherever they go. Anyways, there's my girl lesson for the day! Jai Bhagwan!

Hehe. In Toronto, which is in Ontario, which is a province of Canada, has banned Pit Bulls. The whole damn province of Ontario is passing a bill to ban them, thank god. BTW, my mom said that over time, Pit Bulls have been bred so that their brains stay the same size, but their heads get smaller and smaller. They go into frenzies often because the pressure of the skull on the brain makes them a bit... out of it.

I believe that a good front kick is the core to most head shots. If you nail a good front kick, it'll wind your opponent, doubling them over. Then, elbow smash to the head or knee to the nose.

It's quite odd with a flailer, because I have tried running while flailing my arms, and at one point you have an awkward momentum, pushing you backwards, and at one point you have a lot of foreward momentum. If, by chance, you can spot this in someones gait, try to position yourself so you can leg sweep them while their momentum is carrying them towards you. Max speed, and the momentum will send them speeding towards the ground, so when their face hits the ground, it'll scrape for max damage .

If it were a real life situation, where my enemy had a knife, I would kick it out of his hand, drop my kicking leg down and while i was doing that I would do a kind of jumping front kick. That would immobilize them for a bit, thus giving me a chance to run.
