step back into sanchin dachi

If your passing through Monday eve's pop in to my Dojo, it's Shukokai though not Shotokan, but from same parent shito ryu... If not just for the fitness we do some good drill.

i drove up from La to San Fran in 98 with ny dad and son up the pacific highway 1 that was a good trip, we stopped off at Monterey , had a trip around 17 mile drive (i think it was 17 ..8 years ago) , great trip, i do recommend you guys come to England, plenty to see here , apart from the weather.

I knew shito-ryu had the most Kata, but nevr knew that many , 59 wow !!!! i can not imagine any one remembering all of them, from memory

I like Liddell personally, but Ortiz is an animal in the ring. will be a tough match

I've seen the Ultimate fighter there were a couple of British guys on one of them

it's great attending master's seminars they seem to be effortless on their techniques "love it"

i'd personally try and get on the right side of the teacher with the problem if not try same style different instructor. with repect to the "nice" instructor and slack style leave it , as you can find friendly people anywhere, unless you just want a social evening and your not to bothered about the style.. Good question though
