  1. I do my pushups a little wider than shoulder width, feet together, flat and stif as a board down nose in the dirt up lock out, thats one.....I hate when ppl cheat too....I can do 123 pushups right now.....I would like to see 150...Incline bench helped me up my push up numbers from 60-70 to 120+ in a mater of a few months.
  2. I drink every weekend......usually both friday and saturday nites......but i dont get trashed...i just get loose.... and i would say i am in peak condition
  3. I used to use a head harness an dwould nod my head up down left right until i couldn't hold it up anymore......I stopped that it was making my neck a little to thick.....now I just do shrugs.....
  4. Monday HST Training (look it up) its basically a strngth training routine with free weights... Stretching on stretch machine for 30 mins 15 min of bag work Tuesday Teakwondo (it is really more mixed martial arts we do karate too but we are a "TKD" school that does 50 hands 50 feet, weapons, joint locks, throws, joint manipulation, ground work) Stretch on machine for 30 mins Wed is same as Monday Thursday same as Tuesday Friday kickboxing (not moiy thai) Saturday same as Monday. Sunday rest..... I eat 5-7 clean meals a day, liquid multi vitamin/mineral, calcium, and about 100 grams of protien shakes, plus grape seed oil for good fats. (i used to be more into weight lifiting than MA) That is all I do.

The school I go to is a "hardcore" TKD, and we are similar to the one you are talking about, we are about 50/50 feet hands, we study the traditional katas and one steps etc.....but as for the flashy kicks we do some but not so much since we accept they have no real use in real world applications....we also do grappling, ground fighting, throughs, and we started sparring as white belts to get us used to it.....and we go full contact, our master really belives that the only way to get used to it and good at it is to actually do it. I agree.....we also train weapons.....our school is almost what I would call TKD + Mixed martial arts.......he also teaches self defense, street fighting, and kickboxing.....
