  8. i made up to 1000.... noone believs me but u can do it too with a special ingridient! lol the secret is to drag the hand back thenmove the cursor out of the game and move it around the game to the other side and then move the cursor into the game window and ull mainly get 600 and 800!!!!

  10. ummm. you can try doing slow punching in the begging of training to get used to the right technique. then speed up. also when punching relax your hand and then squeeze b4 impact.

  12. yea i agree with 47 martialman. i too dont fear of fightin some1 but fear of hurting them severely or breaking something (like ill ever do that ).
  13. do pushups on the side of ur hands and make sure that ur shoulders go straight down. do this slow.. very useful for hands
  14. i was sitting on a bar and my feet were hangin and then i jumped. not a far jump but it hurt like hell for a week. ppl say that its because the blood went into my feet.
  15. pushups on a hard floor are good... I used to do that and the muscle started moving but now i got a bit lazy and i stopped doin knukle pushups and now it is worse. wat i did b4 is i stood in a pushup pos. and just jumped up very lightly so that my knuckles would get hit a bit....

  18. ok omg i am here to learn and share. I want to learn new things but also i want to offer what i know to others.
  19. I have a few tricks that I use and they work 90% of the time... Attacking: I use a Onetsu (pronounciation:uantsu) technique. Works very well. For some of you that don't learn karate in japanese this attack is a jab to the face and then outstretch your front leg forward and do a reverse. I also use a combination: Jab, reverse, trip and then roundhouse with the same leg. Usually its like jab with left, reverse with right, trip with right and roundhouse with right. Blocking: Sometimes I move to the side. If i move to the right i have my right hand a bit higher than usual so it is blocking my upper body and face and have my left hand at the side so its is blocking my lower body against front kick and my side against a roundhouse.Very useful. But once at class and kept on doing that against my opponent and he did a back fist from the side and I was moving that way so I got hit hard and had blood so do NOT overdo this technique.
