  1. Breast protection took a while to get use to. And female groin protection is a must!!! Seen a lady on the floor in great pain from a groin strike a 3 weeks ago. Always send s a chill down my spine when I see that!!!
  2. Predigested protein works the best after a workout.I use a whey isolate protein after a workout because it gets in to your system very fast and that's what you want because if you you take in 25-30grams of protein within 15min.after a workout you will have a better recovery.
  3. I wouldnt be so sure You would not think so but yep, But pain thresholds can very from person to person regardless of sex.
  4. It's a good thing to have checked out just to be safe.Iv'e been hit up in the genitals and it hurts women just as much or even more than a man.I was crumpled on the ground for a long while in a indescribable pain a woman can't feel any other way My pain lasted about 10 days.I can't even begin to describe it how felt for me to a man. And I have a high pain threashold!
  5. Not really. But ya do have to be accurate!Iv'e been in a enough so called"cat fights"over the years to know women will go down pretty hard if kicked up and into the genitals.Even though some of these women were bigger, stronger, they all still hit the ground in great pain.Like it has happend to me in the past!
  6. Your brother probobly has small geitals if he onely feels a few seconds of pian Hummm... My brother is not small 195 6'1. And I don't know what geitals are???
  7. When I workout hard in the gym or dojo I seem to sleep upto 9 or even 10 hours that nite.Is it the same for you?
  8. I don't like them. But I like to be safe.I use them when I spare...but it is very good women to develope blocking skills as well.
  9. Huummmmmm maybe SOME of you men think the bulge look is in
  10. Sounds like he was a little embarassed Poor little guy It must hurt. But then again I too have kicked a boy hard in the genitals(by accident)in highschool. And it did not even faze him.So go figure.
  11. Yep I agree.Ive been crumple on the floor myself in dire pain from that type of hit
  12. Yes there is. Unfortunately they are unwieldy, bulky and uncomfortable. Strange, the men's versions are a delight to wear at all times. I even wear mine to work just in case. HAHAHA! Yeah, I have one, and my club promotes them. I will wear it in a tournament or if I go in the ring, but otherwise I hate it. Feels like a diaper or something. I have taken a knee to the pubic bone and bruised it... VERY painful, but I wouldn't think as painful as a guy getting hit below the belt. Sound like you never experienced vulva hematoma like I have.....indescribable pain!!!Then you too very well may say it is worse than a man But im not talking about a kick in the pubic bone which hurts.Im talking about a hit/kick up and into the vulva/genitals that is so horiffic. :oAnd this CAN do permanent damage!!I have seen my older brother take a hard kick in the genitals a few times and it did not even slow him down! He did not even flinch! And one time he even had a smug smile after he was kick in the groin without protection!?So I asked him how he does it?And he said he feels sharp pain in the genitals for a second and then a slight ache in the lower part of the stomach. And he does not know what the big deal is?Mybe he has a high pain threshold or something? But I have seen women hit/kick in the genitals and they were out for the count. And I did use a groin kick once aginst a female in the street, and it droped her hard with one kick as I knew it would! But being female and being hit in my genitals and still having aches and pains in my genitals from time to time even three weeks later!!.But saying if it hurts males more than females or females more than males is kinda like beating a dead horse anyway.I think it really varies from person to person regardless of sex.I think there are other factors like health, age, weight, etc etc.
  13. I know it must sound like a rant....but I'm a sports medicine student and I know the male organs and female organs have the same nerve plex. And can experience the same pain. But in all honesty.... I think it hurts me even more than a man....Really!But no need to argew about this anyway. And I can remember in the past one time taking a low kick in sparing from a man(by mistake) and I dubbled over in pain even with protection!!And the man said ''Aww come on, I know your faking it''. GGGGRRRRRRR!!!I guess SOME men just don't get it yet :kaioken:And it does not even have to be a hard kick to hurt a woman. And some times tempers can get bad in the dojo and that's when people lose control and that's when people can get hurt like that woman. And thanks SaiFightsms for removing extra post.I tried to go back and edit some spelling mistakes. And thanks for all your feed back guys
