I agree with you... It's like Ronaldinho (or Ronaldo), one of the best soccer players in the world... He is not in shape, but he still is much better then a lot of other soccer players...

Ok... Thanks!! My right arm is the dominant one... But both sides have the same strenght... Thanks!!! -
Hello everybody... As you can read on the title of this thread, I have a problem with my muscles that is annoying me!! Some months ago I started to work all my muscles by myself (no academy or fitness center, but sure that I looked on the internet to see the right way to do ethe exercises), and I perceived that all of my muscles of the right part of my body are big and all that stuff because of the training, but the left side is much smaller. But I've always exercised both sides with the same exercises and with the same intensity, but it happened... And the left side, that is much smaller seems to have the same strenght of the right side, that is much bigger (I mean, if I see on the mirror making strenght to see the muscles, they become much bigger) Why do you guys think this happened??

This guy was very coragous!! HEHUAHUAHUEHAUHUEUAHUEA!!! I would never try to apply any kind of technique or choke or anything else in my sensei... I'm sure I would receive a punch or a kick that would hurt a lot... I already received a kick in my head from my sensei, and it hurted a lot (the reason is not important now...), and i could see that he dind't used too much strenght, so, in a "real" combat like that situation, I would go to the hospital... But... Being coragous can be a very stupid thing... I would suspend that guy to make him reflect about what he have done... What he made was very stupid; Try to apply a choke on a master, much more strong and with much more ability and experience...:S

Hum... Interessante... Aquele chute na cabeça me derrubou!!!)... I hope you understand... I tried to srite as simple as possible... Desculpa por ter escrito tudo em português, mas já que você entende, então eu prefiro... É mais fácil... Thanks my friend!! For the other people that don't know how to read in english, here is the english version: Hum... Interesting... It did not know that senseis did that kind of test in the students... I should already have perceived it... Some months ago, in one of my classes, I got a little irritated because my sensei made we do much physical exercise and I was already very tired, but he still made us train karate... He noticed that I was a little bit angry (despite I do not have let that very evident), then he sent us train some punches ans kicks, and before we start to train the punches ans kicks, he demonstrated them (although we already knew how to apply them) in me, and he was hitting the kicks with strengh, with some kicks in the leg, and two in my (Wow!! That kicks in the head threw me down!!!)... And I think that that was a mental test (not because of the kicks in the head... Hehe... ), but to see how I would react, if I would become more irritated or I would calm down When I remind about that until laught...

Hi everybody... I created this topic topic to ask the opinion of you about one thing... Well... I've been doing Karate Shotokan for 3 months, and in my point of view, a thing that I'm not going very well... I mean... Not so good as other of my sensei students... I can't compare myself to anyone of them because I do Karate just with other 2 friends, in the house of one of my friends... And the other white belts of my sensei practice karate in other place... So it's impossible to compare... I became more confused when in one of our training, my sensei said "Your not going so bad... For white belts I mean" (Ok... It's was a good comment, but just after telling it, he said "I had already much worse white belts" (That wasn't a very good comment... ), so, I became more confused... :S But, sometimes, he makes us do somethings like inverted katas and other things, that, according to two of my friends (one of them is my sensei student, and other is student of another sensei), their sensei just told them to do that things (like the inverted katas) in other grade (I thing, like in the following belt of the white belt)... So I thought that if my sensei was asking us to do that on the white belt, when we were supposed to do on the following belt, me and my friends must be going very well for white belts... If you understood all that I've said, so tell me... What's your opinion about my situation?? Sorry about my english... I'm brazilian, so I'm not very good in english... Thanks for the help...

Thanks man (or woman, I don't know... ) Maybe you should be right about my age... I know that when you reach a certain age, two bones of a part of your leg join (I don't know how I should say that... join looks like a bit weird but...) and become just one bone.. But I'm not sure if these bones are on the part of the leg that I'm talking about... Anyway, I'll keep training...

Tis' a woman. I'm not a woman!! I am a man!! Ramymensa was meaning that she's a woman... EHUAHAUAHUAHUEHAUAHUEA!!! Sorry ramymensa!! You know... I'm brazilian, so, sometimes I have problems to read something... Sorry again...

Tis' a woman. You're welcome. I hope I could help here. I'd say give it a time and I guess the "invisible" fiber would become more visible. If not ... you're still looking hot stuff with all the training I'm not a woman!! I am a man!! But anyway... I posted this question here because I keep always training my leg because of the bicycle, so it looks like that I'm not doing the right exercise, but thanks anyway...

Thanks!! Can someone else answer my question??

Hi everybody... It's my first post here... Well... Let me start... I have some doubts about my leg... I do karate twice a week and i go by bicycle to the place where I practice, and the route that I have to do is a little tough, so, 2 months after I start, my leg was already huge, and its possible to see a very large muscle on my leg (When I say "leg" I mean, the part of it upper form the knee), so, with this large muscle, my leg is very wheighed... Well... This was the explanation... My doubt is... Do you thing that all this wheight can be a trouble when I have to lift my leg letting her straight?? Because I can just lift it in an almost 90º dregree angle, but I have to do a lot of effort to do this... And I don't know if all this wheight can be troubling it... My other doubt is about exercising my leg... Well... I can see in athletes 3 big muscles on their leg (I mean again, upper from the knee)... But same after excersising my leg a lot, there are just 2 muscles very big... This third muscle does not appear... If you look on the left leg for example, you'll see a very big muscle on the left part of the leg and other muscle (but small) just up of my knee... I and want to know what kind of excersise I have to do to work this muscle in the right side of my leg (looking on the left leg)... If you read the entire topic, tanks for the attention and I'm sorry about my english... It's because I am brazilian, and I don't know how do you call that part of the leg upper from the knee... THANKS!!
