  4. ninjas all the way! the samurai were 5 foot fat men, slowed down by 20 pounds of armor. the ninjas could impale a samurai through all that armor with their BARE HANDS.
  5. Hey I weigh 127 pounds and i'm going to do wrestling in high school next year and I was wondering what the weight divisions were. I want to either be in the middle or heavier than most other people in the same division as me.
  6. Why not attack the attack? That's Jeet Kune Do for you. Why defend against their attacks? when they jab, you side step and cross. then they hook, you bob and weave under it and come up with an uppercut. I never block. But that's just me, if it works for you, go for it buddy
  7. This combo doesnt have any kicks. I despise the use of kicks above the waist. right jab right jab left cross right hook left uppercut right vertical fist jab to the solar plexus (bend your knees and twirk your hips as you punch for maximum power) That's strictly boxing, but they have always worked for me for the fights ive been in. Make sure to snap the jabs quickly and bring them back even quicker. if you wanna get real rough, when they bend over after the hit to the stomach, grab the back of their head and knee them in the face

  10. i'm 15 and about 5'6". I stay up till 3am and wake up at 3pm, so maybe thats why i'm like this. I would like to be 5'10", and I would be 100% satisfied. I wouldnt want to be TOO tall.
  11. I'm going to a 'real' highschool next year for my sophmore year (i was at a lame private school) and I want to sign up for the wrestling team. Do any of you know any good websites that include tips and techniques regarding wrestling? Any information is good, more information is even better
  12. i was at the YMCA for a week and these dudes in my cabin were asking me about my kung fu and all this and asked if i could knock somebody out, so I asked for a volunteer and he got to his knees and then i got him in a sleeper hold. he could still breath, i was just blocking the blood to his brain and he passed out in like 13 seconds, then i instantly let go of the choke and he woke up smiling and thought it was cool!!
  13. I'm not sure if anybody else has done this... but i get ankle weights (5 lbs.) and i strap them around my feet AND wrists. I wear bag mits then put the ankle weights around my wrists. I circle around my bag jabbing and crossing, at a good steady pace. I go faster and faster every time I circle around the bag, then I circle around the opposite way and hit faster. I do this for about 10 minutes. I take them off and do it again; you'll see how it is. I do this normally and it is a good way to increase speed and power.

  15. The Hollywood Video by my house rents out some UFC videos. The highest numbered i've seen are in the twenties, maybe thirties. I haven't seen much UFC, except highlights on the internet. Could anybody refer me to some really good videos to rent? Ones with a lot of action!
  16. Hi, i'm 15 years old, i'm about 5' 6" and I weigh 127 pounds. I am pretty skinny, and I want to gain weight. I dont want to get muscle mass just yet, I want to focus on getting on the heavier side, maybe 140-150 lbs. then I will focus on gaining muscle mass. I have a small stomach and a fast metabolism. (atleast it seams that way.) I have two questions. First, I was looking into weight gaining powder. I dont know if these work or not and how well. If any of you have tried to use them, did they work? Which did you use? Second, what food (specificaly) should I eat and drink to get heavier? And would it make a difference if I ate it before bed? I would appreciate any help at all. Thanks!
