I do sets of push ups daily. I hear you need to wait 24 hours on all muscle groups before you work them out again. Some say you need to skip a day, but I've heard it's okay to do push ups every day and you wont hurt anything. True?

hahaha. they are VERY scary. i wear spandex bike shorts under the uniform so i'm not too 'revealing'. i usually stuff with a sock to impress the ladies though.

i totally agree with you bro. when my grandpa came home from the korean war and walked out of the bus i kicked him in the nuts and he collapsed onto the ground and cracked his skull on the curb. its just FUN! he's family, and family is forever, so no matter how hard i kick his nuts, he's skill my grandpa.

it's really funny to get your grandpa in a choke when he's sleeping. you havent LIVED untill you choke your sleeping grandpa. it's pretty hellarious to watch his face turn purple. you could also get a heavy duty (i mean REALLY heavy duty) flashlight then shine it 2 inches from his face and when he wakes up, no matter how hard he tries, dont move the flashlight from his face! the darker the room is, the better. he'll eventually roll over onto his stomach, then sit on top of him and start slapping his head like craaazy. it's not abusive at all. just tickle him once you knock him out. he'll wake up and make you some pancakes. blueberry.

Hey I was wondering if you all could give me a little advice on improving my left jab? I cant seem to get the power into it. I do JKD, and primarily your dominate hand is always leading, and your dominate hand is your jab and you use your other for your cross. But when I am boxing, my left would be up front. My right hand is my strongest jab and cross, but my right crosses are stronger than my jabs, so i would like to know how to improve my left jab, in a boxer's point of view. thanks.

i never said the ninjas would "womp on" the samurai because they were 5 foot fat men. i was just describing them as 5 foot fat men...
