  1. Hi all, Recently, I've tried out Hindu squats, Hindu pushups and other bodyweight exercises. I've also read that these are better than using weights for developing strength and endurance, but what i don't know is if they should be done everyday or every second day (like bodybuilding) .   5. Hi everyone, I've just started to take muay thai lessons and I love it. I recently read about the diagonal elbow strike and how it gets past your opponents guard. Could someone please enlighten me as to how this is done?
  6. Hi guys first time posting here, I was hoping that someone could give me a good description of any balance exercise they use for improving their stance in Kickboxing? And, how do you train for stance, i.e how much weight is on each foot, the position of the feet? Thanks for any replies
