  2. i saw a weird kick in an old book karate book, a round house kick using the toe. (i find it very weird, cause it'll injury his own toe too)
  3. aikido is a very defensive but applying in real situation is hard, u'll need a very high level of skill ,technics and grapping exprience to use in real fight.

Grandmaster Ashihara said that he resigned from kyokushin but according to kyokushin he was expel just like Grandmaster Tadashi Nakamura (Nakamura is the founder and Chairman of the World Seido Karate Organisation) Hideyuki Ashihara(1944 - 1995) was one of Oyama's top students. most of oyama student left kyokushin and setup their own school e.g. Shido-Kan, Sato-Juku, Seido-juku, seido-kaikan, Ashihara-Kaikan, Enshin-Kaikan, Daito-juku...etc

  10. this is a very traditional chinese oldern ways of kick training go inside a swimming pool/seaside to pratice your kick. train your kick against the resistance of the water, this can increase the speed and power of your kick. *don't go too deep if u can't swim, craming are common in such training.
  11. the iron plam is an external art which is unlikly to dealt internal injuries, unless hitted on the weak part of the human body. its the "jing fa"(way of executing strenght) that does the internal damage. jing fa is very common in traditional chinese art, almost every style has such internal skill.
  12. me is from seidojuku my frav. style = shitoryu cause it has very beautiful kata compared to others it also has a large amount of kata (around 60 in total)

"qi xing tang lang" - seven stars style praying mantis "liu he tang lang" - 6 harmony style praying mantis "mi man tang lang" - closing style praying mantis "ba bu tang lang" - 8steps style praying mantis there are other style beside this four *tanglang = praying mantis (in chinese) *tonglong = praying mantis (in cantonese)
