  8. Ok, your here if you wanna gain weight. I currently weigh 63, wanna get to 68 for a short term goal. how long should I give myself to do this? Ok who else is wanting to put on some meat?
  9. I will go first...I'd like to go from 63 kilos to about 68. It's small but it's a start. What do you think is a 'measurable' time do that.

  11. I am kind of in that situation aswell...I eat and eat but don't really put on much meat. How much do you people weigh anyway who want to put on weight.

  17. They are both important but I see physical development as the more important quality...You can't excel in certain Martial Arts if your not good enough physically. Sure someone will say you can't excel if your not strong enough mentally, but I still think being physically developed is more important.
