It's kind of like Tennis I suppose. You are in a room and you belt a black rubber ball thing into the wall, and when it bounces back, your opponent has to hit it into the wall and when it bounces back you hit it etc etc
I like DBZ, the ANime, but trying to make it into a movie with real actors playing the characters isn't a good idea. They will never get it right. But hey I could be wrong, it could be alright
Well I got some dumbbells with about 50 kg of weight, but I don't have a bench. What are some exercises that don't need a bench that work out parts of the upperbody, also if anyone has any advice that would be good too Cheers

What sort of food are you all eating, can anyone give me some good meals? I must be eating wrong or something I dunno...but I weigh about 62 now, gain about 4 or 5 kg's in a day, but when I wake the next day I am back to where I started!
