jump height and the splits

Keep hoping skipping hang on trees etc fast run hmmmm kinda like that or practise bubble kick great for doing splits. Bubble kick is the scariest and it kinda my instrutor say the real name of it split kick i think. -
I know my granpas friend his well over 60 he can do every kind of splits even chair splis i think when you get old your bone get more softer and splits get easily prove me wrong..... well i don't know bye^_^

I weight around 50-53kg My height 170cm I eat everything vegetables,meats,chips,baconcurry,fish and chips,fries etc. but don't eat too much fat.. Eat vegetables drink alot of water and stay fit keep excercise you'll be fit ^_^ bye amigo!!!

Am 170cm and i can esily kick 6 foot without jumping but when i jump i kick over 6'4 easy i can't do splits

Go to your nearest for treatmen..like you i strect and train alot when it comes to this i recover so fast...i puch trees for hobbie bleeding knukles

another method of testing the power of your techinque is to strike the makiwara. a makiwara is a striking board traditionally coverd in straw, but nowadays usually a thick layer of rubber. The striking pads is attach to a sprung board which allow it to absorb blows it recives. if you look at a hand of karate-ka who train with the makiwara, you'll see the diffrence to those who don't. callouses develop on the striking areas, hardenning them over a period of time and making them a formidable weapons. Today few people used them and would say (it's not for everyone, and certainly not the young. If you intend to have a go, Expect a degree of pain and alot of blood.

Side Splits for Overweight People

SIDE SPLITS once agin this strecth is designed for hip flexibility and is a great overall strecth. Slowly drop down with one leg out in front and one strecthed out behind. Remember: don't push too hard-let gravity take over. Once you fell able, try to making it it more difficult for yourself. bigin by making side splits and turn,turing the right foot out,rotate the chest and hips and strecth to the side. This then can be repeated on the other leg. FLoor SPLITS sit on the floor and then gently push your legs apart as it to make the spllits. keep your leg straight and don't bend the knees. When you have found a position that you feel comfortable with, take the chest down to the centre and try to place it on the floor, then repeat on the right leg, then the left. (Don't worry if you can't get all the way down_most people can't_but work at it and you woll be surprise how much this strecth increase your flexibility. To help with this strecht, you can take hold of your ankles and pull yourself gently forward). Sorry for my spellings I've only lerned English for 6 months. I hope you read my message, bye now!!!! -

A technique without speed will have little effect. However, in your efforts to improve your karate, don't go for speed to soon. First get the technique right, then add the speed. as your trainning develop your technique should improve, and with it the speed of delivery. Basic moves often fail as a result of karate-ka telegraphing his intensions by adding extra movement. (Train to give nothing away). (If you do this, it will greatly enhance speed of your attack.) Am a thai person but i can easily read over 4 language. sempai for example the instructor is a black belt he need the highest rank to be at the fronnt with him like all the students about 30 the highest is the brown belt so the brown belt is a sempai ahahahah
