My training program goes like this:   Monday: Run 3 miles   Sit-ups (200) and push-ups   Tuesday:  Karate    Wednesday: P.E. at school, Run 3 miles   Sit-ups+push-ups+other muscle groups   Thursday: Karate   Friday: Run 3 miles   Sit-ups+push-ups   Saturday: Swimming   Sunday: Rest, And take a long walk.
