  1. Nah I wouldnt care at all. Like someone said earlier ppl would be more worried being punched in the face.
  2. I find that getting a partner together and slowly and not hard tap shins together. That works for me and it strengthens the muscle.
  3. I think Muay Thai is the best I tried Karate once and it really wasnt my thing. Muay Thai makes me feel energetic even after a training session.
  4. I agree see dr about it they r the only real ppl that can help u in that situation.
