Hey guys I need some help on my Hook kick I am not generating nearly enough power. Any tip on how to get it faster and more powerful. Right now I am only aiming for the chest area.

I study shito-ryu and as you all know it has TONS of kata, we even teach non-traditional kata. I'd say there is around 50 kata that the average blackbelt has learned and probably remembers.

We have a lower rank test every 2 months and advanced promotion something like every 6 months. You usually dont take two tests in a row and you aren't guaranteed to pass.

I had the EXACT same thing, a planters wart on my foot probably from walking around the house barefoot too much. It was right in the middle of the arch of the foot. (where it hurts the most ). When the doc said he was gonna remove it I was like, umm ok....then he pulled out this weird looking thing that had the liquid nitrogen on it and when he put it on my foot I SCREAMED!!!!! I found the really old thread on pets but i decided to start a new one since the last time someone posted on it was close to 1 year ago. Anyway I have a mut whos part black lab/blood hound and we call him Pucci(pronounced Poochie). LOL stupid name huh? But we decided to call him that cause when he didn't have a name we just called him pooch so he got used to it. And the spelling is because of the italalian opera singer puccini, incase anyones heard of him. Our newest addition is a brown Chiuahuah named Taco who is definitely the smallest dog I think anyones ever seen. He runs away practically every single day since he hasn't been neutered but theres always someone who calls and we get him back.

That was the best one! The guy was getting robbed and they were just standing there laughing. I loved how they had all the characters come back for the last trial. Especially the soup nazi Anyway there are some states with laws requiring you to help someone while in need. As for me I wouldn't go rushing in trying to be a hero if I knew I couldn't handle it, I'd call someone who could handle it (the cops). It all depends on the situation.
