  1. Its a good problem for junior maths students working with gradient.
  2. Hi all, Introduce myself... I've used the name Valithor for a number of years now. Its one of my nifty little unique creations. I've been training in karate for a while now, and I graded to black-belt in 2000. I've been an instructor for a few years as well. I enjoy debates and philosophical discussions, however I try to remain objective and non-personal, but of course I'm only human My motto in life is keep smiling. This is a summary of three principles: 1) Always try your best, give your best, to become the best you can be. 2) Enjoy your life - have fun! 3) Life is not a problem to be solved, nor a question to be answered - but a mystery to be in awe of. Nice to meet you all, V
  3. I wonder more about how something can be "new" AND "improved"... If something is new, there has been nothing to precede it; if something has been improved it can't be new...
  4. Hi all, I can't begin to count all the times I've bowed or responded outside the dojo... But the most noticable time would have been at school.. the classroom tends to be ok.. but I'm often stopping at the entrance to the hall.. Also, a tip for everyone.. Principals don't tend to appreciate you responding "Hai"... Keep smiling, V
