Ok Guys, Uve Most Prob Get Like 1000's of post talking aboyut this subject but its something i feel needs to b said about JKD, we all know how bruce lee was the best and so on yeah, well, in the films and stuff he always said that the highest u can get is to have no style, to b able to adapt change and so on like water, take shape. well he shut down JKD because he realised he couldnt teach how to have no style, because by trying to teach it, it becomes a style, if u understand what i mean, and by reopening JKD people kinda disrespected his wishes and understanding of MA. I Have Trained 6 hours on a saturday 6 hours on a sunday 5 hours on a monday 2 hours on a tuesday and 4 hours on a thursday and depending on what mood im in sometimes more, do not depend on ur teachers to train u, train urself aslo at home, it may seem hard but it will get easier, but beleave me, after a good hard days work out, u will feal so much more relaxed in the evening, or a good thing to do is if u live in the uk, goto robin hood bay or whitby up north england and the lakeside is good to and get about a 60kg back pack and go walking around, and then go back, if it to heavy make it lighter but make it so ur legs have to work harder and try and go up hills and so on, ull never feal anything like it after u will feel so energized, it seems stupid, but ive always found that after a hard workout or doing sumthing like that, that my adrenalie kicks in and u feel great and well its just a wondeful experience

  7. i agree with all of u especialy BlueDragon1981 i mean come on, ever object can b used as a deadly weapon, nunchucku are no more dangerouse than the person wielding them, i mean, come on, only someone with enough experience can wield them with out hurting themselves at one point or another. Also as i said b4 all things can b used as weapons, keys, pens, pencils, rulers, books, stools, chairs, coins, absolutly anything can b used as an offencive weapon, the uk just has bullsh*t laws, the goverment are too blind to c the true potential of MA and so when ever they find sumone missusing what they have been taught the publish it in newspapers and so bringing shame to the MA community

I Totaly Agree with granmasterchen, But i also think that all clubs that give out belts within a year of joining are also McDOJO's coz lets face it, in a year, u might b able to have learnt all the kata, but u still have plenty of other stuff to learn. Another problem is with giving out black belts to children, anyone below sixteen doesnt have the strength, disciplin, control, speed or stamina of an adult and can still get injured by a full grown adult with zero experience in martial arts due to the fact a child is just too weak, and there fore black belt should b given to adults only, and ive noticed when ive seen young black belts they often tend to slack of work and so on coz they think they are black belt and dont need to do as much work. It just shows u there imaturity

  10. Hey man i hear ya, im going into hospital soon to have alook at my right knee too, its sucks bug time, even though its just an x ray, they said it looks as though i might need an op, i wouldnt really mind if i was old but im 17 and its a b*tch coz it mess's loadsa things up for me

Not true, im still young, and i found even though i was training alot, for sum reason, i just oculdnt find the power or energy to put into anything that i was doing, no matter what i tried, but in the gym, i was stillf ine, i was able to increase my stamina on the rowing machine and i was able to do 150 leggpress's on 150 kgs, and im still going harder and stronger, but in the martial art class's i do, i just cant find it in me

Hello All, Im New To The Boards Here, But I Would like to request a working diet, i have tried some b4, and yes i do train at the gym and my martial art class's how ever i still have a spare tyre round my waste, no matter what i try and do, and yes i do sit ups press ups the usual, so if someone would mind helping me out with like a schedule of what to eat and what time to eat and so on, it will b much apreciated
